About Coach

Growing up I loved  competing in sports, specifically golf and hockey. It was my love for competition that led me to crossfit and I am now the owner and head coach of Panda Performance Lab in Surrey BC. I have been a strength and conditioning coach for over a decade now. My clients have ranged from professional sport teams (Vancouver Whitecaps), hockey clubs, Rowing Canada, lacrosse and football players to Skate Canada athletes, and Paralympic athletes. After having worked with all these different types of competitors and especially with wheelchair and adaptive athletes since 2009( in basketball, tennis, rugby and swimming and general conditioning) I have learned mindset paired with the right coach is everything.  I hate hearing “I can’t”. If you are willing to put in the work, we can make your goals possible.
