Grace Cheung
Grace began her CrossFit journey in August 2012 with no prior experience in the fitness industry. After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature at UBC, she began a career in law enforcement that involved long shifts and an unstable work/life balance. Based on a coworker’s recommendation, Grace found a local CrossFit affiliate close to where she lived and decided to give it a try. Little did she know, it would transpire into a journey that positively changed her life physically & mentally.
Some of Grace’s CrossFit and Weightlifting accomplishments since 2012 are as follows:

Through the years of training as a local competitive CrossFit athlete, Grace has also found a passion in helping people discover their own physical and mental transformation journey. She firmly believes that personal growth is not bound within the walls of the gym; rather, it is a unique and individual transformation that permeates into all aspects of life.
Grace plans on working towards obtaining a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism certification as well as the CrossFit Level 2 certification in the near future.
